Client Services Associate

Originally from Michigan, I spent time in the Washington, D.C. area before relocating to Colorado in 1994. My entry into financial services was driven by personal experience as I watched friends and family struggle to navigate their finances. I saw firsthand how intimidating and challenging navigating financial planning and stability could be for those without a trusted advocate. This experience instilled in me the conviction that there was a better way to support people, and it has defined my approach to service ever since.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I serve as a Client Associate. I view my role as the foundational point of contact for our clients. My day-to-day responsibilities include helping people open accounts, assisting with asset movement and guiding people financial process steps.  I treat every individual like family, grounded in the belief that consistency, competency and open communication are the pillars of a successful service relationship.

I am driven by a standard of exceptional service. I take pride in ensuring each client feels heard and supported, knowing that their financial well-being is handled with the utmost care.

Outside of the office, I am an avid adventurer and a firm believer in experiencing life to the fullest. My husband and I were married in a hot air balloon, and my pursuits have taken me from skydiving and doors-off helicopter tours over Niagara Falls to being a certified SCUBA diver with a fascination for sharks. We are passionate travelers and lifelong explorers of Colorado outdoors and enjoy hiking, glamping and fishing. When not traveling, my husband and I are enthusiastic DIYers and have managed home renovations from the studs up, including complete remodeling and extensive landscape reconstruction. A lifelong sports fan, I balance my loyalty between my home-state Detroit Lions and Red Wings and my adopted favorites, the Denver Broncos and Colorado Avalanche.

Community involvement is a core value of mine. I recently concluded my service on the El Paso County Parks Advisory Board, where I served from 2019 until May 2025, where I held the position of Third Vice-Chairperson.
