Kate Beach

I'm often the first person you'll see when you walk into our office. I like that. As the first point of contact for our firm, I take great pride in setting a welcoming and professional tone for everyone who walks through our doors. I understand that when clients visit us, they are often here to discuss the things that matter most in their lives. Creating an environment where they feel valued and supported is my top priority.

I'm a Colorado Springs native and joined the Cascade team in 2021. I manage the administrative, reception, and communication operations at the front desk. I also help with marketing projects, handle check processing and depositing, and reach out to clients when needed. It's a mix of tasks, but what ties it all together is making sure people feel welcomed and supported.

I graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in applied behavioral science, specializing in community health and development as well as organizational communications. Before coming to Cascade, my career was in human services and the nonprofit sector. I'm passionate about serving others, particularly vulnerable populations. I was the State Operations Director for Best Buddies Arizona, an international nonprofit that serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. That work shaped how I think about connection, advocacy, and the importance of showing up for people who need support.

I am a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness and have served on various committees and panels focused on these critical issues. I believe that whether in a nonprofit setting or a financial firm, creating a safe, transparent space where people feel comfortable asking for guidance is essential. This commitment to service and well-being is a thread that runs through everything I do.

Outside of work, my main passions are music, my dog Eden, spending time with friends, and being outdoors. Colorado gives me plenty of opportunities for all of that, and I'm grateful to live in a place that supports the kind of life I want to live.
