Theresa Brock
Vice President, Investments
Since 2007, I have built my practice on a simple conviction: you cannot provide personalized advice without understanding the person behind the portfolio.
While so many advisors focus solely on the numbers, I start by listening to people’s stories. I’ve found that most people have a "first money memory" that quietly shapes their financial worldview for a lifetime.
Memories of scarcity frequently lead people to be careful. Those of abundance often translate into a lifetime of generosity. Some remember chaos which turns into a craving for control. My role is to listen to stories to begin the work on building financial foundations and put together financial plans that incorporate expected investment returns combined with strategies designed to help each individual navigate their worldview.
What I love most about my career partnering with clients is celebrating major milestones: sending a child to college, launching a business or transitioning into retirement. These aren't just financial goals; they are life events worth celebrating.
I live in Monument with my husband, Ryan, who has served in the military for over 30 years, and our daughters. Being a military spouse has taught me the true meaning of flexibility and resilience. This unique perspective allows me to help my clients navigate their own shifting priorities with clarity and grace. Balancing work, family, and the unique demands of military life has taught me a lot about priorities, and I bring that perspective to every conversation I have with clients.
I moved from Minnesota to Colorado in 2003 (???). When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me traveling, enjoying a wine tasting, cheering on my daughter at competitive gymnastics meets or volunteering at my daughters' school.
I graduated from St. Cloud State University and hold the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation through FI360. I hold the Series 7 and 66 registrations, am insurance licensed and have the certification for Long Term Care Insurance.
