Felicia Deal is a graduate of Colorado Technical University where she earned her BS in Information Technology Management.  She has been with Cascade Investment Group since 1998 leaving for a 2 1/2 year leave of absence to stay home with her children.  She was born and raised in the San Luis Valley and has lived in Colorado Springs with her family for the past 14 years.  Felicia is also a U.S. Navy veteran where she spent 4 years as an Intelligence Specialist overseas.
