Craig S. Ralston
President

 Craig Ralston is an experienced and qualified Investment Management Consultant, who has extensive knowledge in the areas of planning, risk management, investments, tax planning, retirement planning and portfolio management. Craig works with a wide range of clients including corporations, foundations, trusts, and high net worth individuals. Craig attended University of Colorado. Craig was previously associated with Smith Barney for 13 years, where he earned the title of Second Vice President. Craig, in collaboration with Ken Beach, established the Cascade Investment Group, Inc. Colorado Springs office in 1996. He is a 28-year resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado. In his leisure time, Craig enjoys golfing, hunting and gardening. Craig is active in his community, currently serving on the Boards of several non-profit organizations.

Kenneth M. Beach

 Ken Beach is an experienced and qualified Investment Management Consultant, who has extensive knowledge in the areas of planning, risk management, investments, tax planning, retirement planning and portfolio management. Ken works with a wide range of clients including corporations, foundations, endowments, employee benefit plans and high net worth individuals. Ken is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Economics. Ken was previously associated with Smith Barney for 16 years, where he was a Vice President, Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager.
Ken, in collaboration with Craig Ralston, established the Cascade Investment Group, Inc. Colorado Springs office in 1996. He is a 24-year resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he lives with his family. In his leisure time, Ken enjoys golf, upland bird hunting, fishing, music, cycling and skiing. Ken is active in his community, he is a current board member and President of the Pikes Peak Library District Foundation, current member of the Young Life Executive Regional Committee, Colorado Springs Executives Association (past President), and cofounder of the SIA Foundation (a non-profit organization that focuses on children with learning disabilities).

Janice M. Weiland

 Jan Weiland is an experienced professional in financial services with more than twenty years in banking. She earned her BS/BA from Suffolk University and earned her Master of Management degree from Northwestern University/Kellogg School of Business. Jan managed Private Banking at U. S. Bank for Southern Colorado. Joining Salomon Smith Barney in 1997, she continued to focus on providing quality client service to high net worth individuals. Jan's current practice at Cascade Investment Group is devoted to assisting her clients achieve their financial goals utilizing portfolio management techniques. She works with a team of professionals who provide expertise on tax and estate planning. Jan relocated to Colorado Springs twelve years ago and is an active community volunteer. She is currently on the Boards of Memorial Hospital (Chair), Justice Watch (Chair), and The Colorado Springs Child Nursery Centers Foundation (Secretary), Court Care, as well as the C.U. Aging Center Development Committee.
Jan has previously served on the Colorado Economic Development Commission, the El Paso County Planning Commission, the Colorado Women's Economic Development Council, as well as the Boards of the Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce (founding President), the National Association of Women Business Owners - Pikes Peak Chapter (founding President), The University Club (President), the Memorial Hospital Foundation, Junior Achievement of Southern Colorado, and Girl Scouts - Wagon Wheel Council.
Jan is a 1998 graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak and 1996 graduate of the Community Leadership Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. She has received the Business Leader of the Year Award from the Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce, the Woman of Distinction Award from Girl Scouts, and the Service to ManKind Award from Glen Eagle Sertoma.

Robert G. Wrubel

Rob Wrubel is a former entrepreneur and business leader who joined the financial planning community in 2001. He has developed a practice working with individuals, non-profit organizations and businesses on key areas of financial planning including, asset management and asset protection, special needs planning, wealth transfer and executive compensation.
Rob actively works to create a better community in Colorado Springs through his direct support of several organizations. He currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Colorado Springs board of directors and chairs the finance committee. Rob recently finished his term as Past President of the board of directors for CASA of the Pikes Peak Region. He has had the great pleasure to be involved in the successful completion of a capital campaign to restore the Pikes Peak Library's historic Carnegie Library. Rob also invests his time in community activities promoting a better economic climate, including working with the Chamber of Commerce, the Colorado Springs Investor Network, the Peak Venture Group and Celebrate Technology.

Dana M. Capozzella
Operations Manager

Dana Capozzella is an experienced and qualified Operations Manager, who has extensive knowledge in the areas of office management, compliance issues, security and new accounts processing. Dana is a graduate of St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY. Immediately after graduation she was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Army where she was stationed at Fort Carson, CO. Dana resigned from active duty in 1991. She was previously associated with Smith Barney as a Registered Sales Associates and Paine Webber, Inc. as a Registered Sales Associate/Wire Operator.
Dana assisted Ken Beach and Craig Ralston in the establishment of the Cascade Investment Group, Inc. Colorado Springs office in 1996. She is a 20-year resident of Colorado. She lives in Woodland Park with her family. In her leisure time, Dana enjoys hiking, camping, scrap booking and skiing. Dana is active in her community, where she serves as a Colonel in the Medical Services Corps in the Colorado Army National Guard.

Felicia Deal

 Felicia Deal is a graduate of Colorado Technical University where she earned her BS in Information Technology Management. She has been with Cascade Investment Group since 1998 leaving for a 2 1/2 year leave of absence to stay home with her children. She was born and raised in the San Luis Valley and has lived in Colorado Springs with her family for the past 10 years. Felicia is also a U.S. Navy veteran where she spent 4 years as an Intelligence Specialist overseas.

Yesenia Moreno

 Yesenia Moreno is currently attending classes at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs where she is studying to receive her Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Yesenia has been a resident of Colorado Springs for 22 years. She is in training to receive her Series 7 license.
