Business Continuity

Cascade Investment Group, Inc. maintains disaster recovery and business continuity plans that may be activated in the event of a significant business disruption. Our firm realizes the critical nature of being able to continue operations if an incident occurs that could affect mission-critical systems. These plans are required by security industry regulations.

Our plan is to continue our key business operations during most types of disruptions by resuming our mission-critical operations usually within the same business day as the disruption. Our clearing firm has the same time frame for resuming operations in the event that their site is affected by a significant business disruption.

Our plan is private but we are utilizing a system that maintains our back-up technology in an alternate location. Upon receipt of a significant business disruption we will attempt to contact YOU, our client with any means of communication available.

Ideally, we will post the emergency phones numbers and fax numbers that we employ to this site within 4 hours. Again, our plan is to have mission-critical operations back up running within 1 business day.
